How to live the present moment

I find it really hard for me to live the present moment. As an Introvert, I always get caught up by my thoughts or feeling. I waste so much time thinking or worrying. Stress, anxiety and regret can also make it difficult to focus on the present moment. I worry about my future or regret about my past mistakes.

I wanted to be at peace with myself and with the world. . What I feel inside experience same feeling outside.. Like when I’m happy inside everything outside gives me joy. Like the same when I don’t feel well everything outside don’t look good.

The problem start to increase, started worrying more and more it becomes a habit and become so hard to escape from. I become so hard to control.

Than I read a book ” The power of now” from Eckhart Tolle. after reading the book completely changed my life. How I think about the present moment..

What I learn from the book I’m going to share with you all today.

1 : Notice the world around you

Pay attention to the small thing. Notice the nature, people, birds, animals, trees. They all teach so much more than you expect. One of my favourite quote is ” Nature doesn’t hurry and yet everything gets done” After reading I become calm . Sometime what we do is we hurry and think by hurry we get things done quickly. But that doesn’t work that way. By becoming calm and doing the work we get the result so fast.

2 : Smile

Imagine yourself smiling. You automatically start to feel positive energy inside your body. I don’t know about you but I smile a lot.

3 : Kindness

Be kind to everyone those who around you. Not harm anyone. Kindness is a great feeling that people have, when do something for other people without hoping anything in return. As a human being we’re here for one another. Help someone, give someone something. serve, give.

4 : Give Thanks

Give thanks to people. When someone does something for you simply thank them with your whole heart. Don’t be selfish. Whenever you see someone needs help simply help them.

5 : Don’t Worry

Don’t worry about anything. God is doing everything for a reason. Don;t worry about your past mistakes or worry about your future. Living the present moments is life. By worrying you change nothing neither past nor future.. Life is here and now. Live like its your last day. Focus on the essential things and eliminate every stupid or nonsense things that you do all day.

6 : Forgive

Forgive yourself first. Most of the time what we do is we dwell on our past mistakes , regret or judge ourselves for our own mistakes. When you try to forgive others without forgiving yourself its become so hard. When you’re free from yourself its become so easy to forgive others.

7 : Work today for the future

This is the best advice or answer to the question ” what do I do all day ” work for the dream or people you want to become. Like you want to become confident start acting or start practicing the person you wish to become. Practice daily never miss a day. Consistency has a huge benefits to your future it compounds.
