7 things to remember when tough times [it will heal you]

I feel I can’t, I can’t handle the situation, feels like it is the end, think and worry more. Thinking worrying solves the problem. Feel like outside force control me. Stressed, regret, anxious, and feels like don’t have energy into my body. Waste my time and worry later ” I’m wasting my time”. I know what I’m doing is wrong. Knowing what I’m doing is wrong but I don’t stop. I have no control over myself.

I don’t want to like that want to change this type of feelings. I want to have control over myself don’t want any outside event control me.

I think people don’t change how can I change myself. They do what they always do. They want to do bad . They want to gossip. Negativity give them satisfaction. I don’t want to be like them.

I feel low when I saw myself don’t have control over myself. I regret because of that. Force myself to not do again. But it didn’t work.

The problem growing strongly and becomes a habit. I feel inside I need to stop that what I’m doing.

I Love reading books and always read books and I find one book that completely change my life and give me complete different mindset. The book name is Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. In this post I’m going to share some of the best points that helps to handle tough times when you face in your life.

1: Everything can and will change

Most of the time why we worry is because we feels it is the end. When I face any type of failure I think I never win again and want to stop doing. But inside I know this is not the end and Remember the successful people in the world They don’t become successful in one day. They fail again and again, learn and improve themselves. That’s why they succeed. Failure is a learning process.

2: It’s a learning experience

Whenever you face any type of problem, suffering, pain tell yourself it is a part of a learning experience. Try to learn from anything, when someone does something wrong learn from the person to never do the mistake and try to never repeat the mistake. From learning from our own experience our life is so short. Be and always ready to learn from people from books or anywhere.

3: Allow yourself to have fun

Live every moment, live like it is your last moment. Do what is necessary and essential. Almost 90% of what we do is not important. Be consistent and live every moment.

4: Being kind to yourself is the best medicine

I wrote at the top how i force myself to not thinking but this didn’t work. Instead I need to accept the thought and need to tell myself don’t worry be calm.

Best way to kind is by replacing a single word change “have to’ to “get to” is change everything. You are not forcing yourself but you are telling yourself calmly that you need to do.Like

” I have to wake up early” change to ” I get to wake up early”.

5: Others people’s negativity isn’t worth worrying about

Like I said they never change and want you to be like them. Best advice is to get away from negative people. Thinking this type of people is a waste of time. When you focus on you , you grows and when you focus on negativity, negativiity grows. So stop thinking about these type of people.

6: Not getting what you want can be a blessing

If you are not getting what you want that means it is a blessing. God created something better for you. Accept everything that you face think it comes from the God and because of that god bless you and give you more than you imagine.

7: There is always, always something to be thankful for

,Motivational speakers say always be grateful for what you have. People think i don’t have anything to be grateful for. People always see what don’t have rather than what they have.

I watch a video where a boy who can’t walk saw a man who walk compare himself with the man feel low about himself. Then the man who walk saw people who have cycle and compare. The cycle man compare himself with people who have bike. The bike man compare himself with car. The people who have car compare himself with helicopter.

Moral of the story noone is happy. When you look inside yourself you find you have eyes, ears, hand, leg, or so much more. Write down in a page what you’re grateful for. By doing so you find yourself you have so much more.
